Online marketing is a broad topic, so Ryan focuses on a part of it that he already knows a little about—video advertising. He learns the basics from articles, videos, and a few books before meeting up with Bobby Edwards, the CEO of Squatty Potty. Ryan explores how Squatty Potty used online marketing in the form of a viral video featuring a pooping unicorn to grow their sales and brand.

After learning about the ‘business side’ from Squatty Potty, Ryan sits down with The Harmon Brothers, the creative team behind viral ad campaigns like Squatty Potty’s “Pooping Unicorn”, Poo-Pourri’s "Girls Don't Poop", and FiberFix’s Ultimate Product Test. Ryan learns how they approach building full ad campaigns that go viral while driving millions of dollars of sales.

Finally, Ryan puts what he learned to the test by running ads on one of his own videos on YouTube, and shares what he discovers in the process.
